International Duties & Taxes
For international orders, any applicable duties and taxes will be calculated and displayed at checkout where available. There are no additional charges at the point of delivery.
RETURNS POLICY
We hope you love your purchase. However, if something isn't quite right, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
How to Request a Return
Please email contact@slumbalondon.com with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for your return
Once your return request has been approved, you'll receive return instructions. We aim to respond within 24 hours.
Return Shipping
- UK returns: A return fee of £4.95 will be deducted from your refund.
- International returns: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit. Duties and taxes are non-refundable.
Return Conditions
Returned items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In their original condition
- Returned with all original packaging and tags
- Free from makeup, perfume, deodorant, or any other signs of wear
Returns that do not meet these requirements may be refused and returned to the sender.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with clear photographs of the issue. We'll review the matter and resolve it as quickly as we can.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 working days for the funds to appear in your account.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer exchanges. If you require a different size, colour, or style, please place a new order.
