For international orders, any applicable duties and taxes will be calculated and displayed at checkout where available. There are no additional charges at the point of delivery.
RETURNS POLICY:
UK Returns
We hope you love your purchase. However, if something isn't quite right, you may return items within 14 days of delivery.
To request a return, please email contact@slumbalondon.com with:

The reason for your return
Once your return request has been approved and a return label has been issued, you will have an additional 14 days to send your item back. We aim to respond to your request within 24 hours.
A return fee of £4.95 will be deducted from your refund.
Return Conditions
Items must be:
Unworn and unused
In their original condition
Returned with all original packaging and tags
Free from makeup, perfume, deodorant, or any other signs of wear
Returns that do not meet these requirements may be refused and returned to the sender.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and include clear photographs of the issue. We will review the matter and resolve it as quickly as we can.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer exchanges. If you require a different size, colour, or style, please place a new order.

International customers may return items within 14 days of delivery.
